FAQ

What kind of training do
you offer?

I specialize in low-impact functional training designed to build strength, improve endurance, and support long-term movement health. I also work closely with postpartum moms to safely rebuild confidence, core stability, and strength — I’ve been there myself, and I know how important it is to move smart and feel strong again.

Do I need to be an experienced athlete to train with you?

Not at all! My coaching is built around meeting you where you are. Whether you’re new to fitness, returning after time off, or looking to take your training to the next level, I’ll customize a plan that fits your goals and lifestyle.

Where do sessions take place?

All in-person training sessions are held at RISE Fitness. Please note that an active RISE Fitness membership is required for all clients.

What are your training rates?

$60 per session

$40 per session when you sign up for a monthly program (1 session per week)

Custom workout programming is also available for clients who prefer to train on their own with a personalized plan.

Can you help with specific goals like weight loss or athletic performance?

Yes! I work with clients who want to improve athleticism, lose weight, gain strength, or simply stay active with smart, sustainable training methods. My focus is always on long-term results and helping you feel stronger, more confident, and capable.

For the past five years, I’ve coached the Team Melaleuca Rowing Club — the second-largest indoor rowing club in the world. As a Concept2 Certified Rowing Coach through Dark Horse Rowing, I’ve guided over 4,500 athletes, making me one of the most experienced indoor rowing coaches in the region. I was also deeply involved in developing Melaleuca’s fitness, nutrition, and supplement line, which gave me a unique foundation in both training and wellness from multiple angles.

Before my rowing career, I spent over a decade dedicated to basketball — playing year-round, attending training and performance camps, and spending two years focused on plyometrics to elevate my own athletic performance. I later coached girls’ basketball, which gave me valuable insight into athletic development, motivation, and teamwork.

I’m an NCCA Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and hold CPR/AED accreditation, ensuring both expertise and safety in every training session. I’m passionate about personal performance and the wellness lifestyle, and I know firsthand how transformative prioritizing health can be. As a mother of two, I also understand the challenges of returning to the gym postpartum and am committed to helping others overcome those same hurdles.

When I’m not in the gym, you’ll usually find me playing with my kids, riding horses, or creating western-inspired jewelry alongside my sister at The Stone Pony.
